Not as good as it used to be

Not as good as it used to be. Cheddar was dry and tasted like the stuff you can buy in a local grocery store. Did you
Change your method or recipe? The chocolate was melted and clumped together on the other flavor we received. I put it in the fridge and then broke it up and kept it chilled and it was fine and very tasty.
