Donation Request

As a small company, we have limited resources for donations. We do require that any approved donations be picked up at our location. We are unable to mail or ship donations.

*Please allow up to 4 weeks for donations to be approved.  We strive to provide donations for the local Iowa-Grant communities, but not all requests will be granted.

• Fundraiser or Event Name
• Date of Event, Location of Event & date donation is needed
• Type of Donation - gift basket, gift card, other.
