First time ordering. Had a little glitch in the routing of the product (gift tin) I sent to a friend. RR1 corrected the issue immediately and my friend was highly impressed with the product quality and presentation.
I always bought RR1's popcorn kernals in my local grocer, but when they were out-of-stock... I decided to look them up online and pleasantly surprised at the gifts and other products they offer. Along with the gift I ordered, I also ordered my kernels and they arrived extra fresh and very quickly! ill always order directly from RR1 and not get at store (unless it's an emergency situation as I am a popcorn-aholic and I must do... what I have to for their popcorn :)
